 Website Overview:

The content of my Website Link page and a small portion of the home page will be Metal music news and presently relevant topics such as upcoming tours, festivals, performances etc. My website will focus on positively representing metal music and metal music artist, regardless of gender, ethnicity, age or sexuality though i will strive to have at least one younger metal artists to conform to the needs of my target audience. I will represent these values through not prioritising any one social group (aside from age) and representing that which is most relevant and interesting in metal music news at the time. The overall values of my website will be positively covering metal news, supporting all social groups who enjoy listening to metal music and to cover metal news without discrimination against anyone.

My audio visual contact will be a multi minute long teaser for an interview with one of the models acting as an artist on of my magazine cover pages, including a brief introduction and a few music related and not music related questions that will then cut off and advertise the full interview accessible by subscribing to the "Newsletter"

Photoshoot ideas

I will instruct my models to pose in various ways, trying to incorporate typical and iconic poses of metal artists while also experimenting with different poses and focuses within the image. I will have both my models pose differently to establish a clear difference as they are supposed to represent 2 fairly opposite social groups.

Monday 17th June 2024 Statement Of Intent LO: To produce a concise and well structured statement outlining your chosen brief I Intend to produce the front cover and contents page of the first two new editions of a metal music magazine that is launched by an independent publisher aswell as two functioning and thorough pages for a working website linked to my magazine. Magazine Cover/Contents Diary

  These are my very first designs for my magazine logo/masthead, ive taken inspiration from the Metal Hammer magazine and experimented with the positioning and look of the word "mayhem" while inside the word "Metal", i will further develop this design and attempt to give it more texture to make it look more unique and original. I may also experiment with contrasting colours such as outlining the word "Mayhem" with a much brighter colour such as yellow, red, blue etc. Cover & Contents page layouts   These are the templates i have created for both of my magazine covers so i can easier organise and arrange all of the elements i have aswell as making it easier when it comes to assembling these elements in my final version.
